Shipping policy

All United States orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). International orders may take up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship. Once dispatched, all orders within the United States should arrive within 2-5 business days while International orders may take up to 7-21 business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. If you require assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@modsolesco.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you understand our terms and conditions before placing any orders, as we are not responsible for any errors made outside of our warehouse.
