Are ModSoles socks suitable for all occasions?

Absolutely. ModSoles socks are designed to move from casual to formal settings with ease, whether you’re at the office, out for a run, or relaxing at home.

Can I find ModSoles socks in physical stores?

Currently, ModSoles socks are exclusively available through our online store so we can maintain a direct connection with customers and provide a better shopping experience.

General Order Questions

What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are displayed in US dollars by default. You may be able to switch to your local currency using the currency converter bar on the store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. You can also check out with popular digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. Canceled orders may incur a 25% fee from the total purchased amount. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Where are your socks made?

All ModSoles socks are expertly crafted in China.

Shipping & Delivery

Where are packages shipped from?

Orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouse on Long Island, New York.

How long does it take for my ModSoles order to be shipped?

United States orders: Processing and shipping usually takes 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

International orders: Processing and shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days.

My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

If ModSoles Shipping Protection was not enabled, please file a claim directly with USPS. If package protection was enabled, contact us through social media or email and we’ll help guide you through the claim process.

Can I track the delivery status of my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is ModSoles’s return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags. Discounted items are eligible for store credit only.

To start a return, email us with your order number and return or exchange request. Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, lost return shipments, and damaged returned goods are not covered by ModSoles.

What if my socks are damaged or defective?

If you receive damaged or defective socks, contact our support team right away and we’ll review the issue and provide the best solution.

Is it possible to exchange my socks for a different size or color?

We currently offer exchanges for color preferences. Please note that most ModSoles socks are one size fits most.
