Wag + Tail is the dog-accessories side of ModSoles. All products, checkout, order updates, returns, and customer support are handled through ModSoles.
U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days.
International orders usually process within 3–5 business days and may take 7–21 business days to arrive. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination.
Yes. You’ll receive an order-confirmation email after checkout and tracking information once your order ships. Check your spam folder if the confirmation does not appear, or contact info@modsolesco.com for help.
Each dog collar, leash, bandana, and accessory page includes product-specific measurements. Compare those measurements with an accessory that already fits your dog comfortably before placing your order.
Return requests must be made within 14 days. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Email info@modsolesco.com before returning anything. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless ModSoles sent an incorrect or damaged item. Sale items, marked-down products, gift cards, and certain custom products are not returnable.
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact info@modsolesco.com immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. ModSoles will review the issue and provide the appropriate refund, replacement, or exchange. When ModSoles shipped an incorrect or damaged item, a complimentary return label is provided.
