Refund policy
ModSoles is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued customers in every transaction along with a 14-day return policy.
The following reasons are required to request a return:
- In order to qualify for a return, first and foremost you will need to show proof of purchase receipt. Furthermore, item must be in their original, undamaged, and resalable condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be shipped back.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@modsolesco.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused. We cannot accept returns after 14 days.
- Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was shipped, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and make it right. We will either issue a refund of your purchase or provide an exchange for item(s) of equal or lesser value within 14 working days.
- Customers are responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees: 1. If you chose the wrong design or 2. If you chose the wrong sized item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Certain items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. All items on sale are final sale and non-refundable.
- Returns are not accepted on items that have been marked down or on gift cards.
Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You can, however, return any new, unused item to us for a refund or a 100% off coupon code and make an order for the new item instead.
- To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. To begin your return, please contact our customer support at info@modsolesco.com.
Refunds:
- Refund approval or denial will be communicated once your return is received and reviewed. The money will be instantly reimbursed to your original payment method if accepted (minus shipping charges). Your bank or credit card company will also need to process and post the refund, which can take 7-10 business days.
- Please contact your bank or credit card company if you have not received your refund within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please note that all canceled orders will incur a 25% payment from the total purchased amount as we begin processing orders immediately upon submission.
- Additionally, you may not cancel an order once we have shipped out your package from our warehouse.
We kindly ask that you obtain a tracking number for your package when you drop it off, as ModSoles LLC is not responsible for items lost in the mail while being shipped back to us.
